Shanghai Shenhuo Aluminium Foil Co.,Ltd is originated by Henan Shenhuo Group and Shenmei International investment Co.,Ltd(Hong Kong).She was founded in March 2004 with a registered capital of 49 million USD, and having an area of 369 mu.The company is located in Shanghai Pudong Kangqiao industrial Zone, near the intersection of Shenjiang Road and Xiuyan Road,very close to No. 2 Huannan road(A20),only 12 killometers to the east of Pudong International Airport,and adjacent to the planned Shanghai Disneyland.So The plant owns a district advantage of location and transportation is very convenient.

The development plan of the company is divided into two stages. First stage started from June of 2005.In this period 0.8 billion RMB was invested, and the annual production capacity of wide side and super-thin aluminum foil is expected to be 25,000T/a.This project will finish and formally puts into production in Jan of 2007.One more billion will be added in the second stage, which is planned to begin with the building preparation from the forth quarter of 2009 and completed in the half of 2011.Then the annual production capacity of wide side and super-thin aluminum foil will achieve to be 40,000T/a.After these two stages, the whole annual production capacity of aluminum foil will be 65,000T/a,and the annual sales revenue will be 2.5 billion RMB. The company will be the modern world-class aluminum foil manufactures which possesses the technology and ability to produce the widest, thinnest and covers a wide range of products.

The company has a large number of specialists and technical engineers. Among them more than 90% graduated from junior college or higher university. Especially, two experts are awarded the state council subsidy.
The main product lines, monitor and measure facilities are all imported from abroad, with the advanced level of technology in the world. In the first stage, three 2,150mm wide foil mills are provided by Siemens-VAI (UK) , three Separators and one Doubler are from Kampf-WT Germany, and one Work Roll Grinding machine is from the Herkules Germany. Shenhuo also owns advanced test and measure devices are from Italy and US, such as universal electronic tension tester, cleanness detector, precision sampling, electronic analyzer and others.

"Shenlong" aluminum foil, as a brand of our company, has been widely used in many packaging, such as food and drink foil, cigarette, medicine and cream product, heat preservation material and video cable etc.
